Tuangkan telur, mentega dan air, aduk dengan sendok metal yang besar (atau pakai mixer dengan kecepatan rendah menggunakan paddle attachment) hingga tepung tercampur rata dengan bahan cair tadi dan adonan membentuk bulatan bola. Jika adonan tampak keras dan kering, ciprati dengan air hingga adonan lunak dan fleksibel.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Taburkan tepung ke atas meja kerja, letakkan adonan di atasnya,&lt;/span&gt; dan mulai menguleni (atau kocok dengan kecepatan sedang memakai dough hook), tambahkan tepung jika perlu, untuk menghasilkan adonan yang lunak, fleksibel, dan tacky (sudah licin dan kering) tapi tidak lengket. Lanjutkan menguleni (atau mengaduk dengan mixer) selama 6-8 menit. (jika menggunakan mixer, adonan harusnya sudah lepas dari mangkuk, tidak lengket di dasarnya). Adonan harus lulus windowpane test (tes elastisitas adonan dengan mengambil sedikit bagian adonan dan dipentangkan di depan jendela/cahaya) dan bersuhu 80F. Siapkan mangkuk besar, olesi minyak tipis saja, letakkan adonan ke dalam mangkuk, gulingkan ke sisi-sisi mangkuk untuk melumasi adonan dengan minyak. Tutup mangkuk dengan plastik.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Biarkan adonan mengembang dalam suhu ruang selama 1.5 hingga 2 jam&lt;/span&gt;, atau hingga adonan mengembang dua kali lipat (durasi waktu pengembangan adonan bergantung kepada suhu ruangan tersebut).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Keluarkan adonan dari mangkuk&lt;/span&gt; dan bagi dua buah ukuran roti sandwich, menjadi 18 x 2ons dinner rolls, atau 12 x 3ons burger atau hot dog buns. Bentuklah bagian-bagian tersebut menjadi bola-bola untuk satu roti tawar iris atau bulatan-bulatan untuk dinner rolls/buns. Lembabkan adonan dengan spray oil tipis-tipis saja dan tutup dengan serbet dapur atau plastik. Biarkan selama 20 menit.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Pembentukan&lt;/span&gt;. Untuk roti tawar iris, bentuklah seperti membuat bolu gulung tetapi cubitlah bagian lipatannya dengan setiap putaran untuk menguatkan permukaannya. Tutuplah lipatan terakhir dengan mencubit seam menggunakan bagian tepi belakang tangan atau jempol anda. Olesi tipis dua loyang roti berukuran 8.5 x 4.5 inci dan letakkan adonan ke dalam kedua loyang tersebut. Untuk rolls dan buns, alasi 2 loyang dengan baking paper. Rolls tidak memerlukan shaping lebih lanjut. Untuk hot dog buns, bentuklah adonan berbentuk pistol tanpa mengecilkan ujungnya. Pindahkanlah rolls atau buns ke atas loyang.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Lembabkan permukaan adonan dengan spray oil&lt;/span&gt; dan tutup dengan plastik atau serbet dapur. Tidak usah terlalu rapat menutupnya. Biarkan adonan mengembang di suhu ruangan selama 60 - 90 menit, atau hingga adonan hampir mengembang dua kali lipat.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Panaskan oven 350F untuk loaves atau 400F untuk rolls dan buns&lt;/span&gt;. Olesi rolls atau buns dengan egg wash dan hiasi dengan poppy atau sesame seeds. Roti sandwich juga bisa diolesi dengan egg wash dan dihias, atau iris bagian tengahnya dan olesi minyak sayur sedikit di bagian irisan yang terbuka.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Panggang&lt;/span&gt; rolls dan buns selama kurleb 15 menit, atau hingga kuning kecoklatan dan bersuhu sedikit lebih tinggi dari 180F di tengahnya. Panggang loaves selama 35-45 menit, jika perlu, putar 180 derajat di tengah waktu baking untuk memastikan pematangan yang rata. Permukaan roti harusnya berwarna kuning kecoklatan dan tepinya kekuningan jika dikeluarkan dari loyang. Suhu di dalam roti semestinya mendekati 190F, dan roti berbunyi kopong ketika diketuk-ketuk dasarnya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;Pendinginan&lt;/span&gt;. Jika roti sudah selesai dipanggang, keluarkan segera dari loyang dan dinginkan di atas rak pendingin selama kurang lebih 1 jam sebelum diiris-iris atau disajikan. Angkat, tiriskan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak goreng. goreng ceker ayam hingga kering, angkat. Rebus kembali dengan 1 sdt garam dan 2 buah peka / star anise hingga melepuh kulitnya, angkat dan tiriskan. Jerangkan di atas api sedang sambil aduk-aduk hingga matang.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kocok kuning telur hingga rata. larutkan dengan sedikit larutan susu panas hingga rata. tuangkan kembali larutan telur dalam larutan  susu mendidih sedikit-sedikit sambil aduk terus hingga rata. Tepung, baking powder, garam, dan minyak di campur dan diaduk sambil dikasih susu sedikit sedikit, kemudian aduk hingga kalis.&lt;br /&gt;2. Keluarkan adonan dan tekan2 selama 5 menit di atas permukaan yg sudah dilumuri tepung.&lt;br /&gt;3. Didihkan 2000 ml air di dalam wajan, tambahkan 1 sdm minyak goreng dan lasagna kering, masak selama ± 15 menit atau sesuai petunjuk dalam kemasan, angkat tiriskan. Panaskan oven pada suhu 180°C.&lt;br /&gt;2. Saus daging : Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai layu. Masukkan daging cincang, aduk sampai berubah warna, masukkan tomat cincang, pasta tomat dan air. Tambahkan garam, merica, oregano, basil dan gula pasir. Masak dengan api kecil sampai kental, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;3. Saus keju : Panaskan margarin di atas api kecil atau sedang, masukkan tepung terigu, aduk sambil tuangi susu sedikit demi sedikit. Setelah adonan licin, masukkan keju, merica dan pala, aduk rata, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;4. Siapkan 4 buah loyang tahan panas ukuran 11 cm x 16 cm x 4 cm, alasi dengan kertas aluminium, lalu olesi dengan margarin. Taruh selembar lasagna di dasar loyang. tambahkan saus daging dan saus keju diatasnya, ratakan. Lapisi dengan lasagna dan bahan lainnya dengan urutan yang sama, paling akhir taruh lasagna diatasnya.&lt;br /&gt;5. Taburi keju mozarella dan keju parmesan. Masukkan loyang ke dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan, panggang selama ± 20 menit, angkat. Isi panci besar dengan air garam dua pertiga penuhnya. Tambahkan minyak dan didihkan di atas api sedang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan selembar lasagna, biarkan kira-kira 2 menit lalu masukkan yang berikutnya. Masak beberapa sekaligus selama 6-7 menit hingga lunak. Angkat dan bilas dengan air dingin. Tiriskan. Ulangi cara ini hingga semua lasagna matang.&lt;br /&gt;3. Cuci jamur, potong-potong. Iris dada ayam tipis memanjang.&lt;br /&gt;4. Lelehkan separuh mentega dalam wajan kecil, tumis jamur dan ayam. Masak sambil diaduk 6-8 menit hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;5. Lelehkan sisa mentega dalam panci kecil di atas api sedang. Masukkan tepung dan masak 1 menit. Add the guanciale and the hot pepper and sautè until guanciale is crisp. Remove from the heat.&lt;br /&gt;2. Bring a large pot of liberally salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook uncovered over high heat until al dente.&lt;br /&gt;3. Place the pan with the guanciale back over medium heat. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with ½ cup of the Pecorino Romano. Stir the pasta vigorously until guanciale and cheese are well distributed.&lt;br /&gt;4.
